Your Tickets

This page contains a list of purchased tickets which contain information such as event date, creation time, web invoice number, and ticket number. These tickets are categorized into three tabs: Upcoming, Past Tickets, and Sub Category Tickets.

Users can view the tickets issued for an upcoming event in the Upcoming Ticket tab, past tickets from the Past Ticket tab, and sub category tickets from the Sub Category Tickets tab. You can also search for a ticket using the search option. Tickets will be ordered starting with from the most recent event at the top. Also, if a tab does not contain tickets a message will be displayed.

The ticket can also be scanned and downloaded into your phone (Apple and Android) by scanning the QR Code or by clicking the Add to Apple Wallet or Get To Android option. The ticket in the Apple Wallet will display the ‘Ticket Name’.

View Certificates

An event participant can print a certificate for the event via this page.

Note that there could be eligibility clauses where the participants have to participate for the whole event in order to obtain a certificate.

The participant can open the Past Tickets tab and click on the View Certificate button.

Participants can print the certificate from the View Certificate page.

Note that archived or inactive tickets will not be shown in the Past Tickets tab.
