Manage Sub Accounts
A good example of a sub account adding a family member to your account for the purpose of registering them for events. A parent can add a child as a sub account to register the child for an event such as a summer camp. This functionality can be done through the Manage Sub Accounts page.
- This link redirects you to a page with an explanation of the mentioned requirement (How to create a Payee with your bank).
- Opens up a page where you can enter details for a new sub account.
- The Admin User. This account can only be edited and cannot be deleted.
- The sub accounts can be edited. This option will redirect you to the Detail page where the details were entered when the account was created.
- The Delete option will delete the sub account.
Creating a Sub Account
A sub account can either be created for an individual or a business.
For the individual sub account, enter the details such as first name, last name, phone, email, mailing address, postal code, relationship, emergency name, emergency number, date of birth, gender, medical number, medical information, and guardians.
For the business sub accounts, enter the details such as first name, last name, phone, email, mailing address, postal code, business name, business description, and business sub type.
Enable Sub Account
You can enable a separate login for the sub account holder through this tab. In other words, the sub account holder would be able to log in to the system with a limited view.
