eBills
The TownSuite web portal enables customers to pay for tax, utility, and miscellaneous bills through the ebills functionality.
After logging in, to view your ebills summary, click the eBills heading under the Components section of the main navigation pane.

You can view your outstanding payments as a billing summary in the screen.

The web portal administrator can select users separately to view their billing summary.

To make a payment, click the Pay bills now button and you will be navigated to EBills Payment page.

To go back to the eBills Summary page, click the Back to eBills button.

Enter the payment amount in the Enter amount text box and the Pay Bills now button will be enabled.

Select the relevant button for payment method and click Pay Bills now to make the payment.
- After the Pay Bills now button has been clicked, you will be navigated to the payment gateway and can proceed with the payment.
- To go back to the eBills Summary page, click the Back to eBills button.
On the eBills Summary page, there is a separate section for useful links.
- Links are provided to view transaction history, tax bills, account summary, current balance, misc. bills, post-dated cheques, meter readings, peak meter readings, meter bills, and to link an account.
In a separate section on the eBills summary page, accounts with preauthorized payments are displayed.
