Did you know that municipalities can log in to the TownSuite portal to view their invoices, receipts, etc. One user from each municipality is designated as the parent account holder in the portal.
Below are instructions on how to log in and view your invoices.
Step 1: The activated user should log in to https://ebills.ws.townsuite.com.
Step 2: Click on the eBills option under the component section on the left-hand side of your page.
Step 3: Scroll to the Useful Links section at the bottom of the page and click on Misc Bills. (NOTE: You can also view your receipts, account summary, current balance, etc. from these options.)
STEP 4: Click the transaction number of the invoice you wish to view. This will appear as a button and the transaction page will load when the button is clicked.
Your invoice will be displayed and you can use the options in the top right-hand corner to download or print your invoice.
