How to Enable Security Questions and Change Security Questions

The TownSuite® web portal facilitates enabling security questions and changing them.

First, log in to the web portal by entering your credentials.

To enable security questions, click the Your account link under the main navigation pane in the web portal dashboard.

Accessing Account Settings

Once you have clicked on the Your account link, you will be navigated to the Account Settings page. To enable security questions, click the Change Preferences link.

You will be routed to a page where preferences can be changed.

To enable security questions, check the Security Question Required box. To save the changes, click the Save button and a success message will be displayed.

To change security questions, navigate to the Account Settings page and click on the Change security questions link.

Once you have clicked on the Change security questions link, you will be routed to a page to change the security questions. To change the questions, click the Change Security Questions button.

Once you have clicked on this button, you will be navigated to a page where the three security questions can be selected and answers can be provided. Select the questions, enter the answers, then click Save.
