How to Configure Email Notification Settings

The TownSuite® web portal facilitates changing user preferences.

First, log in to the web portal by entering your credentials.

To change your preferences, click the Your account link under the main navigation pane in the web portal dashboard.

After you have clicked on the Your account link, you will be navigated to the Account Settings page. To change your preferences, click the Change Preferences link.

After you have clicked on the Change Preferences link, you will be routed to the user preference interface.

You can change date format, grids date format, and email notification settings, etc.

To configure your email notification settings, check the boxes under News Feed Notifications, Recreation Notifications, Customer Portal Notifications, Financial Notifications, and Web Service Notifications as required.

After changing your preferences, click the Save button to save the preferences and the system will display a success message as OK.
